The Electrical Student Association (HME) of Diponegoro University (Undip) held the 2024 HME Work Meeting which took place on April 27-28, 2024. This Raker is a strategic event for HME administrators to develop innovative agendas and work programs. Raker participants came from various elements, ranging from M3, HME 2024 Management, Bureaus, Level Commanders and / or Representatives of the Class of 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, to HME Functiono 2023 and HME Functiono 2022.
The event committee consisting of Electrical Engineering students class of 2023 and the HME 2024 Research and Development Agency as the Steering Committee successfully managed a series of agendas for two days. The Head of Department, Ir. Aghus Sofwan, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., IPU, opened the HME Work Meeting with his remarks that provided enthusiasm and motivation for the HME management. The first day of the meeting was filled with the session of the Code of Conduct, PPO, GBHK, and TLK, while the second day was dedicated to the presentation of the 2024 HME work program.
The Chairperson of the Electrical Student Association, Muhammad Anwar Ibrahim, stated that the discussions in the 2024 HME Raker covered a number of important points. On the first day, there was a discussion about the HME 2024 bylaws session and the ratification of the bylaws, while on the second day, there was a presentation of the draft Work Program from various elements in the Electrical Student Association. Each presentation was equipped with a description, objectives, goals, parameters (qualitative and quantitative), timeline, and budget plan.
The HME 2024 Progressive Roots Cabinet established a series of Innovation or Featured Work Programs, including the TESLA Work Program which focuses on Sports & Arts competitions, as well as the ELEMENTALS Work Program which focuses on Mentoring Advanced Students by involving collaboration with Alumni. In addition, there are also other work programs oriented towards improving soft skills and knowledge about the world of work.
Muhammad Anwar Ibrahim expressed his hope that all plans and deliberations in the 2024 HME Meeting can run well, supported by even more massive collaboration. The Progressive Roots Cabinet is committed to fostering values and creating progressive breakthroughs for Electrical Engineering, Undip, and Indonesia. Amen.
