Diponegoro University (UNDIP) Electrical Engineering men’s volleyball team showed an outstanding performance in the Faculty of Engineering (FT) Sports Week (POR) 2023 which took place on September 9-10 at the Electrical Engineering volleyball court. With burning enthusiasm and hard work, the volleyball team achieved brilliant achievements and was crowned the first champion in the competition.
The UNDIP Electrical Engineering volleyball team consists of 7 members who have a high fighting spirit, namely Al Daffa Arya W (captain), M. Naufal Khoirul Zaki, Krisna Rohmansyah, Rizal Nur Buana, M. Daffa Radhitya, Kevin Marcianno S., and Arrendra Bryan S.. Team captain, Al Daffa Arya W, spoke about their team strategy, “There is actually no specific strategy that we apply. Most importantly, we have become a solid team and have understood each player’s character well. We have great cohesiveness, that’s the secret to our success.”
He also added, “We hope that this victory can bring positive impacts, such as fostering a burning spirit in the world of Electrical Engineering volleyball. We want to continue to promote this sport and bring the good name of Electrical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering and throughout UNDIP.”
The achievements made by the UNDIP Electrical Engineering volleyball team are not only a source of pride for themselves but also for the entire UNDIP Electrical Engineering community. This success shows the dedication and high fighting spirit of young athletes in achieving brilliant achievements in sports.
