The Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University (Undip) held a presentation of research results and plans in collaboration with Kyushu Institute of Technology (Kyutech), Japan on Friday, August 29, 2025. The event featured Muhammad Taqiyyuddin, a doctoral student at Kyutech and an alumnus of the Faculty of Engineering and Graduate School of Undip. He presented various research projects that have been and are currently being conducted within the framework of the collaboration between Kyutech and Undip.

Also present at this event was Prof. Hiroshi from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan, who plays an important role in this research collaboration. In addition to discussing research developments, this event also highlighted opportunities for Undip Electrical Engineering students to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees at Kyutech Japan. His presence further emphasized the commitment of both institutions to strengthening academic and international research relations.

The presentation, which took place at the Undip Electrical Engineering Department, was attended by lecturers and electrical engineering students. The discussion was lively, particularly regarding opportunities for further research collaboration, joint publications, and the development of joint research programs in the fields of electrical engineering and applied technology. Through this activity, the Undip Faculty of Engineering hopes to establish closer synergy with Kyutech Japan so as to open up broader international research opportunities for both lecturers and students.
