Semarang, 31 May 2024 – Senior Assistant Professor and International Relations Coordinator of TIFAC-CORE Research Centre Department of Energy and Power, Vellore Institute of Technology, Dr. Santanu Kumar Dash, PhD, delivered material in the Visiting Professor event which was held online.
On this occasion, Dr. Dash presented material on the topic “Cutting-Edge Technology for Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles”. The presentation covered the latest technologies in renewable energy and electric vehicles, giving participants an in-depth insight into the latest developments and innovations in both fields. In his presentation, Dr. Dash emphasized the importance of green technology and its vital role in meeting the challenges of climate change and the need for cleaner and more efficient energy solutions. He also discussed the latest innovations in electric vehicles that could be the future solution for green transportation.
The event was moderated by Trias Andromeda, ST, MT, PhD, who is an Electrical Engineering lecturer from Diponegoro University (Undip). High participation was seen from the attendance of approximately 90 participants. This event is expected to provide inspiration and new knowledge for the participants, as well as encourage further collaboration between educational institutions and industry to develop sustainable technologies.
