Electrical Engineering held a series of Pre-Basic Student Management Skills Exercise (LKMMPD) events that successfully enlivened the campus. The event began with a Pre-LKMMPD designed to introduce new students to management skills and form a solid leadership foundation.
Pre-LKMMPD opened with material delivery activities by facilitators to new Electrical Engineering 2023 students. The material was delivered through the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) method, where students were actively involved in discussions to exchange opinions on cases presented by the facilitator. This method aims to develop critical thinking, collaboration, and effective communication skills among new students.
