Semarang, June 5, 2024 – The final project exhibition of Electrical Engineering students at Diponegoro University (Undip) this year managed to attract attention with a variety of innovations presented by eight participating teams. One of the interesting works is the prototype design and monitoring of a smart parking system developed by Sehatian Tawa’qi, Irfan Agung Wardhana, and Shafa Aulia Adha. In addition, Muhammad Rafi and Muhammad Irfan Saputra presented a VSD design to regulate the speed of a three-phase induction motor as a blower drive.
The design of enterprise architecture for fields III and IV of Diponegoro University was also exhibited by Gracenda Chris Sandi and Pascalis Insan Permana. Februan Ardi Pangestu and Muhammad Farrel Ariq Athallah contributed their innovation through the room reservation information system (SISERU). Another work was the design of enterprise architecture for fields I and II of Diponegoro University using the Togaf ADM method by Aaron Timothy, Easter Prabu Wahyu Martinus, and Yulian Kavilano.
The innovations on display also include a simulation to maximize the charging system of two-wheeled electric vehicles with IoT-based household electricity load patterns by Stevanus Primanggani Enggaroshima, Muhammad Azka Nasrullah Muhammad, and Faisal Husni Amin. Apriyan Purba and Aji Kurniawan showcased the design of a smart smoking room model, while Afreza Ramadhanu, Raja Edward Shite, and Bryantama Wahab introduced the design of an IoT-based solar power plant for automatic shrimp feeding in the Marine Science Techno Park (MSTP) Jepara.
This exhibition is not only a place to showcase the skills and creativity of the students, but also a tangible proof of the technological progress that continues to grow in Electrical Engineering Diponegoro University. Each team showed high dedication in developing innovative solutions that have the potential to have a positive impact in various sectors.
